Poor fit

There are only two flaws I see with item, but they’re enough to warrant a poor rating.
The fit on my 2g touch is looser than I’d like… And looser than it should be. It’s rare that I insert and remove my iPod fro
a pocket without part or all of the case coming off of the iPod. I suspect the case has stretched in the month that I’ve had it, too.
The cutout at the bottom is oversized, at least for me. It might have been designed with docking stations in mind but I don’t use such.
Should have read reviews beforehand and am looking for another skin.

I was very upset, when skin is used, you can not place the itouch on docking station. The skin is very thick and it is nearly impossible to use when you want to place the device on docking station.

Top quality iPod Touch 3G silicone skin, could use some instructions for screen protector

Excellent quality and really nice blue silicone skin, which I purchased for my one week old iPod Touch 3G. Although the item description was for a 2G Touch, got this one based on the fact that Apple store rep said the 2G and 3G were identical in size and could use the same skins. The free screen protector seems to be a quality one (and even came with a small spectacle cloth to clean the Touch first), although I would have hoped that there were written instructions on how to put on the screen properly to minimize getting dust particles stuck to the screen protector. Well, have to live with about four or five tiny air bubbles from the dust particles. Overall, very happy with this purchase, and works/fits great with my new 3G.

Product is good quality for the price. When I got mine, the two sections did not stay together well. I wrote to the company, got a response right away. They sent me another one. the two section fit better than the first one. I do wish they could stay together even tighter so they won’t pop open during use.

I was a bit nervous about this product after reading many of the other reviews about it being flimsy. I am glad that I made the purchase because it is the great product for half the price of those in the stores. I have the 32gb ipod touch and it fits my ipod well. Snug to the ipod and has never popped off. The only complaint that I have is the screen protector because it bubbles but it’s manageable.

Second skin

The “skin” that I purchased for my new iPod Touch is great. It’s easy to put on, looks good, and it really protects the Touch. The slots for synching and attaching the earbuds are in the proper places, needed no moving to get it right the first time.
It’s a good product and a very reasonable price. Much less than similar items at the Apple Stores.

Ipod skin was very thin and seemed flimzy. It ripped at the bottom between where the cords plug in the first time I put it on. Would cost more shipping to return than is worth bothering with. At least it was inexpensive. Guess you get what you pay for. Sorry, really wanted to like it.
